Voxtelesys Network Engineers will be performing software upgrades to core network routers after normal operating hours in the North American Market.
What to Expect? A small percentage of customers will experience brief, 3-minute stints of sub-optimal routing to the SLC colocation twice during the maintenance window while BGP re-routes.
We do not anticipate any service disruption during this maintenance window. Please do not hesitate to contact support if you have questions or concerns!
