Voxtelesys Network Engineers will be performing an edge voice switching upgrade. As part of this upgrade, TCP and TLS SIP signaling connections will be briefly reset, which will cause a temporary disruption in signaling while your SIP infrastructure automatically re-registers.
If monitoring is utilized on your SIP peers, you may receive alerts as these connections bounce, which is expected behavior.
Our NOC will proactively monitor the registration of SIP peers and overall traffic throughout the upgrade.
