To optimize performance and maintain long-term hardware stability, we will be migrating hosted 3CX systems internally to new infrastructure within our Pittsburgh data center via live transfer between hardware nodes. Backups are verified for all instances, and our team will be monitoring the systems throughout this process.
We do not anticipate any noticeable service impact, however all maintenance activities pose some level of risk.
