Voxtelesys will perform 3CX software Update 3, Build 20.0.3.806 to all V20 Hosted 3CX instances or upgrade to V20 depending on your configuration compatibility. You will be receiving an email if an upgrade to V20 applies to you.

This update will include the latest security patches and features outlined here: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v20-update-3/

We do not anticipate any prolonged service disruption, as the NOC technician will attempt to update after your normal business hours. Downtime may last up to one hour. This is necessary to keep your system protected.
