This maintenance only affects 3CXs Hosted by Voxtelesys.

Voxtelesys will be performing a firewall upgrade to all Hosted 3CX instances. This upgrade will improve the security of the 3CX system.

What to Expect?

3CXs Hosted by Voxtelesys will be rebooted by a Voxtelesys NOC technician. We do not anticipate any pro-longed service disruption during this maintenance.

In order to minimize downtime, the NOC technician will reboot after your normal business hours. The update will result in minimal downtime, about 2 minutes, but is necessary to keep your system protected.
