Voxtelesys Engineers will be performing routine maintenance on hosted 3CX instances provisioned prior to September 2024.
This configuration change requires a system reboot for full compatibility and feature functionality with the upcoming 3CX Update 10 release, with the added benefit of slightly improved system performance.
We do not anticipate any prolonged service disruption as our NOC will proactively monitor the process and attempt to perform the required system reboots outside your normal business hours. System downtime is expected to be minimal during the restart process.
