Voxtelesys will be applying an urgent operating system security update to all hosted 3CX instances that have not already received it via auto update.
A security vulnerability was recently disclosed in the Linux operating system that 3CX runs on. To ensure your system remains fully protected, it is necessary that we apply this update. This maintenance applies to the operating system only - your 3CX version will not change.
Systems will be restarted to complete the update. Restarts typically take a few minutes, and we do not anticipate any prolonged service disruption. To minimize impact, updates will be performed outside normal US business hours.
