This maintenance only affects 3CX's Hosted by Voxtelesys.

Voxtelesys will be performing software version upgrade 18.0.8.917 to all Hosted 3CX instances. This update will include the latest security patches and features outlined here: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v18-u8-final/

What to Expect?

3CXs Hosted by Voxtelesys will be updated by a Voxtelesys NOC technician. We do not anticipate any pro-longed service disruption during this maintenance.

In order to minimize downtime, the NOC technician will attempt to perform live updates in all possible cases as well as update after your normal business hours. The update will result in minimal downtime, about 10-15 minutes. This is necessary to keep your system up-to-date and protected.
