Voxtelesys will be applying the urgent 3CX software security patch (Update 8 SecUpd or Update 9 RC4) to remaining hosted 3CX instances that were not updated during the first maintenance window.
We do not anticipate any prolonged service disruption. To minimize impact, our NOC technicians will aim to perform these updates outside your normal business hours. Any potential downtime is expected to last no longer than one hour. This is necessary to keep your system protected.
