Voxtelesys Network Engineers will be performing core switching software upgrades on network switches in our Dallas-Fort Worth Datacenter after normal operating hours in the North American Market.
What to Expect? Customers using IP authentication will experience a 6-minute window of sub-optimal routing to the DFW colocation during the maintenance. Customers who are using SIP registration will be proactively migrated to other datacenters in anticipation of the maintenance and should not see any service disruption.
