Voxtelesys Network Engineers will be performing core switching software upgrades on network switches in our Salt Lake City Datacenter after normal operating hours in the North American Market.
Customers using IP authentication will experience a 6-minute window of sub-optimal routing to the SLC colocation during the maintenance. Customers who are using SIP registration will be proactively migrated to other datacenters in anticipation of the maintenance and should not see any service disruption.
